The Majialiang Operations Project Department was established in 2011 and is located at the Majialiang Mine in Shuozhou. It provides comprehensive production and operational support services specifically tailored for the Majialiang Mine of Jinneng Holding Group.
The project team’s business covers three core systems: the raw coal production and transportation system, responsible for end-to-end processing from mine entrances to silos; the product loading and outbound transportation system, which enables precise and rapid rail loading of premium-quality coal; and the mine area heating and supply system, ensuring stable and reliable heat distribution across the mining site. Currently, the team comprises 114 employees, including 4 management personnel, 22 foremen and deputy foremen, and 45 technicians specializing in the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment. The team boasts a well-structured, highly skilled workforce.
The project team achieved 12 million tons of raw coal transportation and loaded and shipped 7.8 million tons of refined coal throughout the year, generating a total output value of approximately 48.9 million yuan. Moving forward, the team will continue to uphold the principles of "safety first, service excellence, and relentless pursuit of perfection," striving to optimize management, enhance technological capabilities, and deliver even higher-quality, more efficient services to the mine—while fostering deeper collaboration and mutual success.
