The Mingwangda Operations Project Department was established in 2023 and is located in Junger Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia. It provides integrated operational services to Junger Banner Mingwangda Coal Co., Ltd. The project department operates from a state-of-the-art coal logistics hub that seamlessly connects with the national railway network, boasting an annual shipping capacity of 10 million tons.
Our core business encompasses end-to-end services spanning from coal arrival to loading and outbound transportation, including unloading, coal storage, train loading, securing cargo doors, and even anti-freeze and dust-suppression spraying—all designed to ensure efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly operations. The project team is organized into three production workshops, employing a total of 88 staff members, including 7 management personnel and 22 technical experts specializing in the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.
The project team achieved coal shipments of 10 million tons throughout the year, generating an annual output value of approximately 40 million yuan. Moving forward, the team will continue to optimize processes and enhance its intelligent management capabilities, striving to become a regional leader in coal logistics services and contributing to the stable and efficient operation of the energy supply chain.
