Step into the playground of No. 1 Middle School in the city, and you can’t help but exclaim, “Wow! What a beautiful synthetic running track!” After more than a month of meticulous construction, with strong support from the City Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the renovation project of No. 1 Middle School’s playground has now been successfully completed and is ready for use.
The renovation project of the urban district No. 1 Middle School’s sports field spans over 16,000 square meters and features a design that includes a standardized eight-lane 400-meter synthetic running track, along with a full-size artificial-turf 11-a-side soccer field, two shot put areas, two long jump zones, and other standard facilities. Once completed, the synthetic track has passed environmental testing and fully meets eco-friendly standards.
The modernized running track has infused the campus with a youthful vibe, and once classes resume, students can head straight to the new track to enjoy a carefree run—savoring the exceptional comfort and excellent elasticity that the synthetic surface offers.
The completion and inauguration of the renovated sports field at the city's No. 1 Middle School have significantly enhanced the school's educational facilities, upgraded its infrastructure, and created an optimal environment for nurturing students. This transformation not only promotes balanced educational development between urban and rural areas but also provides ideal conditions for conducting regular physical education classes, cultural and artistic activities, sports competitions, and fostering both teachers' and students' physical fitness. Ultimately, it lays a strong foundation for students' well-rounded development.
