—— Zhongyu Group’s 2025 “100-Day Intensive Effort” campaign for production safety officially kicks off
At 3:00 p.m. on September 26, the launch ceremony for Shanxi Zhongyu Construction Group Co., Ltd.'s 2025 "100-Day Intensive Effort" campaign on production safety was held grandly in the third-floor conference room of the company's office building. The event adopted a hybrid online-and-offline format, with leaders including Zhao Jiren, Executive Deputy General Manager; Wang Peng, Deputy General Manager; and Li Shitang, Assistant to the General Manager, attending the on-site meeting. Meanwhile, management personnel from the company’s Safety Supervision Department, Production Technology Department, Operations Management Department, and all project teams—including those responsible for construction, operations, new energy, concrete mixing plants, Meilian Shopping, hotels, and property management—participated both online and offline. The ceremony was chaired by Deputy General Manager Wang Peng.
At the outset of the ceremony, Deputy General Manager Wang Peng solemnly announced: "Shanxi Zhongyu Construction Group Co., Ltd.'s 2025 '100-Day Intensive Effort' campaign for production safety is officially launched." This marks the full-scale commencement of the company's nearly 100-day initiative aimed at comprehensively addressing and enhancing production safety standards.
Following this, Su Shimin from the company’s Safety Supervision Department read out the "Work Plan for Launching the '100-Day Intensive Effort' Campaign on Production Safety" (Zhongyu Office [2025] No. 57). The plan clearly outlines that the campaign will focus on achieving the core objective of "eliminating production safety incidents resulting in serious injuries or above," aiming to significantly reduce on-site safety hazards and effectively enhance employees' overall safety awareness and competence through a series of robust measures, including strengthening organizational leadership, conducting thorough hazard identification and remediation, providing targeted training and education, and ensuring accountability at every level—ultimately safeguarding the company’s sustained stability in production safety.

In his keynote speech, Deputy General Manager Wang Peng provided an in-depth analysis of the current production safety situation facing the company. He noted that, since the beginning of this year, the company has placed great emphasis on production safety and implemented a series of effective measures, resulting in a stable safety environment with no major incidents reported. However, with the onset of winter, the concentration of holidays, and the pressure of year-end project deadlines—factors that collectively heighten risks—potential hazards in certain areas within the group still require further attention and improvement. Mr. Wang emphasized that everyone must clearly recognize the challenging and long-term nature of safety efforts. He then outlined specific and actionable requirements aimed at strengthening organizational leadership, ensuring accountability for safety responsibilities, upgrading control measures, conducting comprehensive risk assessments and remediation, reinforcing supervision and inspections, and rigorously enforcing accountability. Finally, he called on all employees to take concrete actions to solidify the company’s safety defenses.
Zhao Jiren, Executive Deputy General Manager, delivered a mobilization and deployment speech on behalf of the Group Company. Mr. Zhao emphasized that safety is the cornerstone of corporate development. He noted that, given the diverse business segments resulting from the company’s diversified growth, it’s crucial to proactively address the varying safety risks across these areas. He urged all employees to deepen their understanding of the critical importance, immense challenges, and long-term nature of safety efforts. Taking the "100-Day Intensive Campaign" as an opportunity, he called for meticulous planning and careful organization to ensure tangible results. Mr. Zhao underscored the need to prioritize enhancing safety awareness and capabilities among every employee, fostering a positive culture where "everyone understands and takes responsibility for safety." He also stressed the importance of rigorously enforcing safety responsibilities, making "prevention first" a practical reality, and firmly preventing any "three violations." Finally, he highlighted the significance of strengthening hazard identification and remediation efforts—ensuring that potential risks are promptly detected, promptly addressed, and managed in a continuous, closed-loop system.
Finally, Deputy General Manager Wang Peng announced that the launch ceremony had concluded successfully.
The successful launch of this "100-Day Intensive Effort" campaign not only aligned our shared vision, clarified our goals, and reinforced accountability—but also ignited a new wave of enthusiasm for production safety across the entire company. After all, safety is the lifeline of corporate growth, serving as the foundation and safeguard for every aspect of our operations. Taking this initiative as an opportunity, Shanxi Zhongyu Construction Group Co., Ltd. will further strengthen our "red-line awareness" and "bottom-line thinking," integrating production safety seamlessly into every stage of our business processes.
