At 2:20 PM on January 3, 2025, Shanxi Zhongyu Construction Group Co., Ltd. held its annual work summary meeting for 2024 and outlined plans for 2025, which took place grandly in the conference room on the seventh floor of Park No. 1. Chairman and General Manager Liang Wang, Executive Deputy General Manager Zhao Jiren, and Deputy General Managers Shui Cuilan, Tan Fu, and Wang Peng attended the event, along with Chief Engineer Li Jianwen, Chief Mechanical & Electrical Engineer Shi Bing, and over 140 management personnel from various units including civil construction and operation project teams, photovoltaic power stations, Wangshun Property Management, Meilian Shopping Mall, Zhongyu Mixing Station, and Beijing Qingning Medical Beauty Clinic. The meeting was chaired by Executive Deputy General Manager Zhao Jiren.

At the meeting, Liang Wang, Chairman and General Manager of the Group Company, delivered a work report titled "Striving for Progress Amid Stability, Driving Bold Action, Refining Management to Achieve Greater Success, and Working Hard to Promote the Sustainable Growth of Zhongyu Construction Group." The report highlighted that, thanks to the concerted efforts of managers at all levels and frontline employees, the Group successfully accomplished its annual objectives set for the year. Throughout 2024, the Group achieved a total output value of 809 million yuan and paid taxes amounting to 28.97 million yuan. In 2024, the company maintained a well-structured market strategy, strengthened management within its construction sector—leading to notable improvements in project progress and quality. Meanwhile, the company bolstered its capabilities in mining operations and new-energy maintenance, enhancing its reputation and gaining wider societal recognition. Additionally, the Group made significant strides in diversified development, steadily advancing initiatives in areas such as commercial concrete mixing plants, shopping mall operations, property management, and resource-based industries. At the same time, the company continued to solidify its foundational management practices, with notable successes in fostering integrity and promoting corporate culture. At the meeting, Li Jianwen, Group Chief Engineer, read out the Group Company’s "Decision on Commending Advanced Teams and Individuals for 2024," while Shi Bing, Chief Engineer of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, presented the results of the Group’s 2024 "Safety Production Responsibility Agreement" implementation and officially announced the 2025 version of the agreement on behalf of the company. Chairman Liang Wang then signed the 2025 "Safety Production Responsibility Agreements" with representatives from each unit, followed by the presentation of certificates and awards to the outstanding teams and individuals recognized in 2024. Representatives from various company units subsequently shared their insights into their 2024 achievements and outlined their plans for 2025. The meeting concluded successfully with an inspiring closing speech delivered by Zhao Jiren, Executive Deputy General Manager.
