—— Zhongyu Group’s 2025 “Safety Production Month” Launch Ceremony Successfully Held
On the afternoon of May 25, Shanxi Zhongyu Construction Group Co., Ltd. held a grand launch ceremony for its 2025 "Safety Production Month" campaign in the conference room on the seventh floor of Park No.1. The event was themed "Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond—Identifying Safety Hazards Around Us," and featured a comprehensive plan for enhancing safety management across the company. Attendees included Zhao Jiren, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Group; Vice Presidents Wang Peng, Tan Fu, Shi Bing, and Li Jianwen; Assistant to the General Manager Li Shitang, along with heads of various units.
At 3:00 p.m., the meeting officially kicked off in a solemn atmosphere. Attendees first watched the "Safety Production Month Theme Promotional Video." Following this, Vice President Shi Bing read out the "Notice on Launching the 2025 'Safety Production Month' Campaign," outlining six key initiatives—including safety training, hazard identification, and emergency drills—and clearly emphasizing that all units must establish a mechanism featuring "problem lists, responsibility lists, and corrective action lists."

In his mobilization speech, Vice President Wang Peng closely tied the event to the theme "Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond," emphasizing that safe production requires the active participation and continuous effort of every employee. Drawing on the evolving themes of recent Safety Production Months, he noted that today’s safety management has shifted from focusing solely on "responsible parties" to prioritizing "enhancing the capabilities of all employees." He urged each unit to use "Four No-Harm" education as a starting point, encouraging everyone to turn safety awareness into concrete actions.
During the statement session, project leaders—including Zhao Jun, General Manager of the Third Engineering Branch Company, and Zhao Wenxuan, Manager of the Equipment Leasing Department—each took the stage one by one to pledge full commitment to rigorously implementing safety responsibilities.
After all attendees solemnly signed the thematic banner, Executive Vice President Zhao Jiren delivered a concluding speech. He began by extending his congratulations on behalf of the Group Company for the successful launch of the event. Zhao Jiren emphasized: "Safe production is the lifeline of our enterprise—and more importantly, it’s an inviolable red line. We must seize this 'Safety Production Month' as an opportunity to address our weaknesses, strengthen our strengths, and elevate safety management to a whole new level."
Addressing the current safety production situation, Zhao Jiren outlined six specific requirements:
First, enhance safety awareness by encouraging everyone to embrace the philosophy of "Life First, Safety Paramount," integrating safety into every aspect of work and daily life—ensuring that "the alarm always rings, and vigilance remains constant." Second, firmly establish safety responsibilities by clearly defining that each department must take ownership of its role, incorporating safety measures into routine work plans and ensuring accountability is assigned to specific individuals. Third, strengthen safety training by delivering comprehensive, multi-faceted programs designed to improve employees' ability to identify risks—particularly focusing on the rigorous management of personnel engaged in specialized tasks. Fourth, deepen efforts to identify and address potential hazards by engaging all employees in proactively spotting risks around them, while also organizing regular inspections led by management, with a commitment to "eliminating hazards until they’re fully resolved." Fifth, boost emergency preparedness through realistic, hands-on drills that test the effectiveness of existing response plans, ultimately enhancing organizations' capacity to handle unexpected incidents. Finally, foster a robust safety culture by promoting an environment where "everyone prioritizes safety, and everyone actively contributes to it."

Zhao Jiren emphatically stressed: "Safety work has only a starting point—it never truly ends. Let’s take 'Safety Production Month' as our launching pad, adopting even higher standards, stricter requirements, and a more pragmatic approach to ensure safe and high-quality development for the company!"
Comrade Wang Peng concluded the meeting by officially announcing its adjournment. With this, Zhongyu Group’s 2025 “Safety Production Month” campaign has officially kicked off. This initiative is not just a temporary event—it marks a fresh new beginning. From thematic awareness campaigns to hazard identification and elimination, from emergency drills to fostering a safety culture, each step aligns closely with the core principles of "universal participation and intrinsic safety," aiming to establish a comprehensive safety framework characterized by "all-staff involvement, end-to-end control, and full-scale coverage." Standing at this pivotal moment of growth, Zhongyu Construction Group is leveraging Safety Production Month as an opportunity to deeply integrate safety values into its corporate governance system, thereby building an impenetrable safeguard for the company’s high-quality development and steadily advancing toward its goal of becoming a leading benchmark enterprise in the construction industry.
