Time flies—by June 2025, the profoundly meaningful 24th National Safety Production Month campaign had come to a successful close. Yet the theme, "Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond—Identifying Safety Hazards Around Us," continues to resonate strongly throughout the entire group.
Fire safety is of the utmost importance. Wangshun Property organized a fire emergency drill at the Lindu Yuyuan residential community. The property manager first explained the causes of fires, preventive measures, initial firefighting techniques, and evacuation principles, while also demonstrating how to properly use a fire extinguisher. Following this, property staff and residents took turns practicing fire extinguisher operation in a hands-on session. Through a combination of theoretical instruction and practical exercises, everyone gained a solid understanding of fire extinguisher usage, boosting their confidence and readiness to effectively handle small-scale fires. Wangshun Property emphasized its commitment to continuously strengthening fire safety management—regularly inspecting fire equipment, eliminating potential hazards, and launching more awareness campaigns to educate residents about fire safety. Together, these efforts aim to create a safe and harmonious living environment for all.
Safety lines taut above—preventing falls during high-altitude work
High-altitude work is of paramount importance to safe production. To prevent such accidents and enhance emergency response capabilities, both the Longquan and Changzhi project teams organized high-altitude fall emergency drills on June 22. Meanwhile, the Majialiang project team also meticulously planned a well-organized and tense high-altitude fall emergency drill beneath the refined coal bunker on the morning of June 27. These drills were designed to improve the team’s ability to respond swiftly and effectively to unexpected incidents, ensuring the safety and protection of employees’ lives. During the exercise, workers accidentally fell from an elevated position, prompting immediate activation of the emergency plan. Team members quickly reported the incident, and the rescue team promptly arrived on-site equipped with stretchers and other essential first-aid tools. They immediately conducted a preliminary assessment of the "injured worker," stabilized the victim, and even simulated the subsequent steps of emergency transport and medical treatment. Ultimately, these drills aim to test and refine emergency protocols through real-world scenarios, strengthen team coordination, and foster a heightened sense of safety awareness. By turning safety from a mere slogan into an instinctive, deeply ingrained reflex—part of every employee’s daily mindset—we ensure that safety isn’t just a concept but a way of life.

Multiple Measures During Safety Month Boost Awareness Across the Board
The Mingwangda Operations Project Department has integrated Safety Month activities into daily operations by organizing safety knowledge sessions and launching the "Identify Safety Hazards Around You" campaign, fostering an atmosphere where "everyone cares about safety, and everyone takes responsibility for it." Employees are encouraged to proactively spot and report potential risks. On June 16, a fire emergency evacuation drill took the initiative to its peak, simulating a workshop fire and thoroughly demonstrating critical steps such as alerting authorities, evacuating safely, extinguishing the blaze, and providing rescue assistance—effectively enhancing the team’s overall emergency response speed and capability. These initiatives not only made employees’ safety awareness tangible and actionable but also inspired a deeper, intrinsic motivation to actively engage in safety management, ultimately turning safety principles into genuine habits.
Flood-defense drill builds embankments, while emergency response ensures safety.
To comprehensively assess its readiness for flood response operations, Hongyu Power Station organized an emergency flood-fighting drill, simulating a critical scenario where heavy rainfall caused river levels to surge dramatically, threatening to overwhelm the station premises. The exercise combined tabletop simulations with hands-on, real-world drills. Throughout the session, participants responded swiftly, practicing key actions such as closing flood gates, reinforcing embankments, and safely evacuating both materials and personnel. The drill successfully demonstrated the effectiveness of the station’s emergency rescue mechanisms while significantly enhancing the team’s overall operational capabilities. Based on the insights gained from the exercise, the station’s management team conducted a thorough debriefing, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted action plans. Moving forward, the team plans to intensify training programs focused on flood-prevention skills, refine emergency protocols, and ensure that every staff member is fully prepared to respond quickly and effectively when faced with an actual flood event—ultimately safeguarding the station’s safety and resilience against future water-related emergencies.
Mastering Electric Shock First Aid Skills to Ensure Safety at Photovoltaic Power Plants
Huirun Photovoltaic Power Station organized a specialized emergency drill for personal injury and fatality incidents, with a primary focus on electric shock first aid. The drill simulated a scenario where an inspection worker accidentally came into contact with electricity while working in the photovoltaic array area. Immediately after the incident, on-site personnel responded swiftly—promptly cutting off the power supply and reporting the situation to the relevant authorities. The emergency command center immediately activated the pre-planned response, and rescue teams quickly converged on the scene to begin operations: the emergency rescue team carefully used insulated tools to isolate the "electrocuted individual" from the power source and safely move them to a safe location; meanwhile, the medical rescue team promptly stepped in to administer life-saving measures such as CPR to the "injured person." At the same time, the security team promptly established a perimeter to maintain order and ensure safety at the site. The entire drill unfolded in a tense yet orderly manner, vividly demonstrating the station employees' professional expertise and their ability to work seamlessly together—laying an even stronger foundation for the station's safe and efficient operations.
Looking back on this June, the series of activities and drills held during Safety Production Month were not only a vibrant showcase of our achievements in safety efforts but also meaningful, hands-on learning experiences. From high-altitude fall protection to flood-fighting and disaster relief, from fire safety drills to electric shock first-aid training—each real-world exercise honed our safety skills, while every post-event review deepened our collective awareness of safety risks. These dedicated efforts have effectively strengthened employees' ability to respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, collectively building an unbreakable fortress safeguarding lives and property.
The road to safety is long and challenging, and the end of Safety Production Month isn’t the finish line—it’s a fresh starting point. For our company, safe production is an absolute red line that cannot be crossed; it’s the lifeline driving our growth. Every inspection and every drill provides valuable lessons, serving as both a "health check" and an "upgrade" for our safety management system. We must deeply embed the word "safety" in the hearts of every employee, ensuring accountability is firmly rooted at every level—position, individual, and even in the smallest details. This way, we can guarantee that every aspect of our operations remains safe and reliable, creating a workplace environment where employees feel secure and healthy. Moreover, we must turn the enthusiasm and heightened awareness generated during Safety Month into consistent, everyday actions, making safety an integral part of our ongoing development—and ensuring that safety remains the foundation of everything we do.
