The Xing County Project Office was established in 2016 and is located at the Caijiaya Collection and Distribution Station in Xing County, Lüliang City. It is fully responsible for the production operations and comprehensive management of the Caijiaya Coal Collection and Distribution Station, which is operated by Shanxi Jinxing Landport International Logistics Co., Ltd.
The project team offers a comprehensive service scope that covers the entire process—from coal arrival at the station to loading and dispatching. Key services include: management of coal unloading and storage systems, operation of intelligent loading systems, professional bundling of train car doors, anti-freeze and dust-suppression spraying operations, as well as integrated logistical and property support. The team adopts a meticulous management approach and is organized into six specialized workshops. Currently, the team has 107 employees, including 6 management personnel and 48 technical staff dedicated to maintaining mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.
The project team achieved coal shipments of 4 million tons throughout the year, generating an annual output value of approximately 28 million yuan. Moving forward, the team will continue to uphold the principles of "safety, efficiency, sustainability, and intelligence," further strengthening management and enhancing services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Caijiaya Consolidation Station.
