The Changzi Operations Project Department was established in 2018 and is located in Changzi County, Changzhi City. It is fully responsible for the production operations and system maintenance of the Changzhi Land Port International Logistics Park. Leveraging the Waji Railway, the park has attracted an investment of over 2 billion yuan, spans nearly 2,000 mu of land, and boasts an annual shipping capacity of 15 million tons, with a bulk commodity storage capacity of 1 million tons.
The project department’s core business encompasses storage, loading, and transportation systems, as well as the public coal-handling system—including coal receiving, loading and dispatching, equipment maintenance, and logistical support. The department is organized into 9 specialized workshops and currently employs 101 staff members, including 5 management personnel and 38 technical specialists focused on the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.
The project team achieved coal shipments of 5 million tons throughout the year, generating an annual output value of approximately 25 million yuan. Moving forward, the team will continue to uphold the principles of "lean management and smart operations," striving to enhance operational efficiency and service quality, thereby helping the park become a leading example of modern, efficient, safe, and eco-friendly logistics.
